Selling is the art of communication for persuasion.  It is something we all try to do, whether we are selling a load of packaged bread or a highway project to a prospective customer.  In every case, the rules of persuasion are the same.  Too often we fail simply because we do not know them well enough to follow them.

The rules of persuasion are no more than a sequence of clearly defined and inter-related steps.  They form a logical framework.  Their purpose is to ensure that every point relevant to the negotiation is adequately covered.  Furthermore, they provide the dynamic force that will move the prospective customer toward a decision.

Our training programme highlight the varied type of frameworks that are so required in the various selling activities, ranging from basic selling skills to sales presentation to sales negotiation to key account management.  Our sales trainings also include a must for all sales leaders, and that is our “Managing A Sales Team” programme.
