Consulting Services

WD Consulting & Training Services is an organisation that specializes in providing marketing and sales solutions to companies.   In addition to our training services, we also provide the following:

PACKAGE 1 -  CONSULTING
Services include :

1.    Providing trainings to the staff (2 sales training days per month over a period of 3 months).  Trainings may not be confined to sales and marketing alone, but could include customer service as well.
2.   Coaching, mentoring and field observations on staff
3.   Assist in personnel selection [wrong selection can cost the company money]
4.   Chair sales meeting [if necessary]
5.   Job evaluation
6.    Role-plays
7.    Provide marketing input.
8.   If the above are not required, management can proposed other form of assistance subject to the approval of the Consultant.

The fees are levied on a monthly basis and are negotiable.  Should there be a need for an extension, this can be one at no additional cost to client companies, provided that such extensions do not exceed 2 months.     

PACKAGE 2 - RETAINER
The consultant can be retained in an advisory capacity on an agreed monthly fees.   However, the tenure will not exceed six months.

I would like to take this opportunity to inform our clients that the solutions provided in overcoming your sales and marketing problems are derived from hands-on experience from having managed large companies for 20 years.  In the process, the techniques developed  have helped to turn these companies around or improve their overall sales performance.  The consultant's experience encompasses industries such as trading, hotel, clubbing, banking and credit card.
